Full time animal attendant

At the Adelaide Bird and Exotics Vet Centre, we take pride in providing high quality care to our hospital patients, pet boarders and wildlife. We are looking for a full time animal attendant to help with providing excellent care to our patients. To fulfil this role you need to have a good attention to detail to ensure that each and every patient is cleaned, fed and provided with fresh water each day. You will have the ability to work at pace. Your excellent communication skills help you to liase with the staff and clients on the care you provide of these patients. The role does involve some reception work and helping the hospital vet nurse as a vet nurse assistant. The ideal candidate has qualifications in animal care and has worked in the industry. This person is accountable, responsible and keen to learn how to improve their skills in caring for our small mammals, reptiles, wildlife and birds.
