We are seeking to recruit a passionate and experienced Animal Care Officer to join our dedicated team at our brand-new Animal Care Campus at O’Halloran Hill. This role will be across our Customer Engagement Team's, providing exceptional service to members of the public, processing adoptions internally and externally, supporting animal intake processes, and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with our organisation, both human and animal alike.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated and proactive individual who thrives on using initiative, working independently and within a team environment. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you remain calm under pressure and are confident in handling a fast-paced environment. As part of a volunteer-powered organisation, you will also bring the ability to engage, support, and guide volunteers within your area to ensure a cohesive and effective team.

You must be willing to be available to work at short notice and over a 7 day roster. Weekend availability is a must.
