The Opportunity

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and service-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our casual team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a meaningful environment, supporting hospitality services across our venues, including lounges, cafés, and event spaces.

You’ll be part of a team that ensures every visitor receives a respectful and seamless experience, whether attending a funeral, memorial, or community event.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and guide visitors with empathy and professionalism

Prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista-made coffee

Set up and maintain lounges and reflection rooms

Operate audio-visual and web streaming equipment

Assist with events and corporate meetings

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Support stock ordering and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Experience in hospitality, catering, or café environments

Barista skills and a love for quality coffee

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

A team player with initiative and attention to detail

Current First Aid Certificate

Willingness to work flexibly, including some out-of-hours shifts

Respect for diverse cultural and religious practices

Desirable

Barista certification

Audio-visual or IT knowledge

Understanding of safe food handling and hygiene standards
