About the role

Donna Marie Peregian Boutique, Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Retail professional to join our team as a recent staff member has retired. This is a casual role, providing you the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients

Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets, which are bonus related.

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Providing product knowledge and recommendations to our customers

Contributing to the continued overall success and operation of the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or retail role, preferably within the industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide tailored recommendations to customers

Collaborative approach with the ability and willingness to learn and work with other team members

Enthusiasm, reliability and a passion for the retail industry
