Position: Retail Sales Assistant (Casual)
Location: 198 Nathan Street, Aitkenvale QLD
Store Hours: Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm | Saturday: 9am–4pm | Sunday: 10am–3pm

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on tactical gear and apparel.

Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their specific needs.

Maintain store presentation, ensuring products are well-organized and displays are appealing.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.

Interest or background in military, law enforcement, or outdoor activities is highly regarded.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends.
