Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Horizon Allied Health
Posted 10 hours ago
About us:
Horizon Allied Health Occupational Therapy has been around for well over a decade and keeping things simple is preferred. In this job advert you won’t find a fancy video or website of how big we are, the number of staff we have or retreats our staff attend.
We are a team of experienced occupational therapists working in established clinical streams: paediatrics and mental health. All our OTs have extensive experience in either paediatrics or mental health. While we’re primarily an experienced team of OTs, we believe in investing in the future of the profession. We currently support one junior occupational therapist through structured mentoring and supervision- and we’re now opening one more vacancy for a graduate OT or an occupational therapist looking to change to paediatrics, to join our team.
Our employees are our most valued asset. Investing in our staff and having clear career pathways whether these evolve organically or forged specifically is important to our company’s growth and for service excellence. We do not have a revolving door of OTs passing through the practice. We are a stable team of occupational therapists with most of our OTs, working at the company for many years. We value our great company culture that we have built over the years, and would like you to join us, but if joining a large company with lots of bells and whistles is something that appeals to you then (this is probably the last thing I should be writing when advertising a job) we may not be a fit for you.
