Assistant Manager – Wine & Cheese Bar (with flexible working hours)

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join the team at Septimus, a wine bar in Adelaide’s East End known for its focus on quality wine, cheese, and genuine hospitality.

This role suits someone ready to step into a leadership position with a focus on service, wine knowledge, and team development. We’re open to preferred working hours and can offer flexibility for the right person.

What We’re Looking For

A current Responsible Person (RP) Badge

Experience in team leadership and venue management

Formal wine education – Minimum requirements are WSET Level 2 ( WSET 3+ preferred), CMS Level 2 or relevant tertiary study

Strong knowledge of Australian and French wines

A professional and calm presence with a commitment to creating a great guest experience
