About the role
Ideal position for a licensed property manager seeking part-time hours, wanting flexibility around family needs or someone currently studying Property Management.

You will support our Property Management team 3 days a week in providing exceptional service to our residential clients and tenants across the Adelaide Hills region.

What you'll be doing

Conduct routine, in-going and final property inspections (company vehicle provided)

Coordinate maintenance and repairs

Prepare and process relevant documentation such as inspection reports

Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations

Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient property management function

What we're looking for

Highly organised with excellent time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team

Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge of PropertyMe or similar software is highly regarded

Previous property management experience is highly regarded

Certificate in Property Management or in process of obtaining

A current driver’s licence is essential.
