The Role
We are looking for an experienced Chef with strong Wok skills to lead our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for:

Cooking and leading busy services in a fast-paced kitchen

Overseeing food quality, preparation, and presentation

Training and supervising kitchen staff

Assisting with menu development and stock control

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment

About You

Proven experience as a Chef in a busy Asian or Asian Fusion kitchen

Strong Wok cooking skills are essential

Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team

Reliable, motivated and looking for long-term employment
