Occupational Therapist – All Levels Welcome (New Graduate to Team Leader)
Full-Time | Salary Range: $80,000–$120,000 + super (negotiable based on experience)

Brilliant Minds Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy is a vibrant, multidisciplinary private clinic based in Springwood, QLD. We are passionate about delivering high-quality, neuroaffirming occupational, speech therapy and psychology services for children, adolescents, and adults. As our service continues to grow, we are open to expressions of interest from:

New graduate OTs looking for a supportive and nurturing environment with structured supervision. Full time role.

Experienced OTs ready for their next challenge.

Clinicians seeking to step into or continue in a Team Leader role, with opportunities to guide and support others. Must have considerable experiencing leading teams in previous roles.

We are primarily a paediatric clinic, so interest or experience in working with children, families, and neurodivergent populations is essential. However we also provide services to adults.

Key Responsibilities

For all clinicians (regardless of experience level):

Deliver client-centred, evidence-based OT assessments and interventions

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals

Participate in team meetings, peer supervision, and clinical development

Additional duties for experienced/team leader applicants may include:

Supervision and mentoring of clinicians

Leading team projects and developing clinic programs (e.g. school holiday groups)

Quality assurance and service development

Creating client and community-facing education content (e.g. social media, video, in-house presentations)

Contributing to or leading the development of an OT education series

You’ll Bring:

AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

Strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and/or neurodivergent clients

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A proactive, curious, and compassionate approach

For senior/team lead applicants: experience supporting others, managing caseloads, and contributing to service development
