What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of OTs delivering community-based NDIS services

Holding a small but meaningful caseload built around your preferences

Supporting client outcomes through hands-on care, peer mentoring, and quality oversight

Driving team culture, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement

Collaborating with our admin, intake, and service coordination teams to ensure a seamless client journey

Representing Medisense in key client and stakeholder engagements

What You’ll Need

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Registration with AHPRA (OT Board of Australia)

Minimum 5 years' experience working within the NDIS

Strong knowledge of home mods and complex assistive technology

A genuine passion for building independence and improving lives

Excellent communication and team-building skills

A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
