We are looking for a Full Time Cafe Manager to run the cafe and the team.

Skill/Experience Required

· At least 2 years experience as a cafe or restaurant manager.

· At least 2 years' experience in leading teams and managing staff.

· Strong experience in rostering, labour reporting and management.

· Exceptional customer service standards.

· Experience in creating and delivering training plans to constantly develop the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning menus in consultation with Chefs

Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget

Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance

Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service Responding to customer complaints Selecting,

training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff

Take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking order

Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development Coordinating the entire operation of the Restaurant during scheduled shifts

Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards

Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff

Check quality of deliveries of fresh food and cooked food

Meet with sales representatives to order supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services
