Darwin Catering Company is on the hunt muliti facited role for an organised and motivated Catering Manager to lead our catering operations across the Top End. If you’re a people-person with a passion for food, logistics, and event coordination, and everything hospitality this is your opportunity to shine. Having kitchen exprience is a Bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage catering events from planning through to execution

Oversee and coordinate deliveries across Darwin and surrounding areas

Manage delivery logistics and ensure timely service

Maintain high standards of food handling and safety

Provide excellent customer service before, during and after events

Lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture

Assist Kitchen with service during events if required.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Chef/Cook and/or Catering/Events Management.

Strong organisational and time-management skills

A hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever needed

Valid driver’s licence (essential)

Food handling certification

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
