Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of major trade packages
• Plan & coordinate short & medium term programme
• Attend site inspections and ensure required quality standards are achieved.
• Ensure works are sequenced to comply with design
• Adhere to good building practise principles and eliminate need for defect retifications
• Ensure sub-contractors adhere to company systems and procedures
• Ensure all quality checklists are completed incl all certifications and ITPs required.
• Coordinate with consultants and suppliers in accordance with contract
• Identify and raise potential project risks and issues
• Support/assist in progress reports and cost reports
• Assist in cost planning and tracking
• Assist the commercial team in processing variations, EoTs, and relevent sub-contractor claims.

Requirements:

• BSc Construction Management, or relevant tertiary Engineering qualification
• Minimum of 7 years experience in commercial building in Australia
• Previous experience in a similar position in WA.
• Experience with large commercial trade packages such as structures or facade
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
