Reporting to Head of People Experience you will have the following responsibilities
- Workplace Agreements
- Business Partnering
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance
- Quality & Continuous Improvement
Background required
Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology or equivalent experience.
Expert knowledge of employment legislation, privacy, anti-discrimination, H&S, Fair Work Act and awards
IR & ER knowledge of FWA conciliation and arbitration dispute processes
Exposure to investigations and performance management, workforce planning, assessment and remuneration
Strong communication skills
Australian experience is essential. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
