What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementations for clients across AU & NZ
• Be the go-to expert on payroll, compliance, and system transformation
• Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and internal specialists
• Juggle multiple projects at once – some kicking off, some going live, and everything in between
• Play a key role in helping shape how organisations onboard onto a brand-new platform

What You’ll Bring

• Implementation or transformation experience (vendor or client-side)
• In-depth Payroll knowledge is essential.
• Strong client-facing communication skills – confident and credible
• An organised, multi-tasking mindset with a calm head under pressure
• Passion for tech – especially new tools and platforms
