The role:

• Take ownership of an end-to-end portfolio of workers compensation claims for a government client
• Manage all aspects of claims, from initial liability decision through to resolution
• Work closely with internal leaders to provide insights, reporting, and contribute to strategic planning
• Deliver exceptional customer service while driving positive return-to-work outcomes

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in workers compensation claims management (front-end or end-to-end)
• Solid understanding of NSW workers compensation legislation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Candidates with experience or passion for psychological injury claims will be highly regarded
