HAYLO People are a specialist recruitment agency within the personal injury & insurance industry and we are seeking multiple experienced Case to Senior Case Managers to join an expanding Workers Compensation division who offer flexibility, development, further learning support and an award winning environment.

These roles are being based in Charlestown NSW, and offering hybrid working, it would suit those within the radius between Central Coast to Hunter Region to Northern Newcastle

The Role & Portfolio

• You will be consulting with injured workers and corporate clients and focusing on positive workers' compensation claims outcomes and return to work.
• The roles are available witihin Nominal Insurer and Treasure Managed Funds teams.
• Portolofio will very based on the team you are allocated too.
• Work with engaging and highly experienced leaders and experienced technical support to help inspire your performance and development.
• Support junior staff and be apart of a team, vision and wider business success.

About You

• Experience with Workers Compensation claims essential
• Preference of end to end claims management, yet front end experience highly regarded
• Most importantly you will have a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances.
• Enjoy supporting others with mentoring and coaching.

• Salary Range $95,000 - $115,000 inc Super + benefits
