As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Floor Preparation Specialist to take charge of our floor prep team and help us maintain the high standards we’re known for.

The Role
Based out of our Regency Park warehouse, this is a hands-on, full-time position leading slab prep working across new build residential projects. You’ll inspect concrete slabs, report on work required, and carry out precise slab preparation to ensure surfaces are ready for flooring installation – within millimetre tolerances.

What You’ll Do

Inspect new build slabs and assess preparation requirements

Carry out floor prep work including grinding, levelling, and screeding

Use self-leveller and skim coat techniques

Work to precise tolerances for vinyl, hybrid, and other floorcoverings

Lead by example and set the standard for quality floor prep on every job

Work with our install teams to ensure smooth handovers

What You’ll Need

Valid driver’s licence and White Card (essential)

Proven experience in concrete grinding, screeding, and levelling

Competency with self-levellers, skim coats, and flood coat methods

Advantageous: experience installing vinyl plank or hybrid flooring

A sharp eye for detail and pride in your work

Reliability, initiative, and a team-first attitude
