About the opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand, our eCommerce Specialist will take full ownership of the eCommerce channel at SKDA, from top-level strategy & analysis to execution. You'll be accountable for managing all aspects of our online store, developing strategies that move the needle on conversion rate & site experience, managing relationships with third party vendors and ensuring our global storefronts are aligned with our wider brand & marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities
No two days are the same at SKDA. The eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for maximising the online sales potential of SKDA by optimizing website traffic conversion and online merchandising, and identifying opportunities for systems & site improvement.
Additionally they will also
-Manage the rollout of new developments & platform updates
-Seek continual improvement in areas such as checkout experience, CVR & AOV
-Work directly with our outsourced third party vendors (Developers, SEO etc)
-Report on store performance & user experience, translating these insights into actionable strategies for the marketing team and wider business
-Work closely with other departments to ensure successful product & campaign launches
-Manage the addition of new products, options, content & on-site plugins
-Execution of sales and discount activities, such as Black Friday
-Continually seek to optimise relevant internal systems and processes
-Set up relevant product filtering systems and improve product search
-Balance competing priorities across our AU and US storefronts
About you
To be successful in this role you will have
-Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
-A high level of maturity, attention to detail and collaborative mindset
-Experience in managing projects and stakeholder management
-Experience in developing strategies or initiatives to improve conversion rate
-Strong understanding of UX & website design principles and sensibilities
-The ability to make data-driven decisions, and articulate your 'why' to management or other cross-functional teams
-BigCommerce experience desired but not essential
