The Role

You will be responsible for mentoring junior team members, collaborating closely with senior staff, and overseeing the full lifecycle of personal injury matters - from the initial intake through to resolution. A key part of your role will be ensuring proactive and efficient file management, while maintaining a high standard of client care and legal strategy throughout each stage of the claims process.

You

The successful candidate will have:

• 8+ yrs personal injury experience in plaintiff personal injury
• Ability to run files autonomously
• Good communication skills and able to confidently speak with clients
• Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
• Commercial acumen
• Strong work ethic
