About the Role:
In this unique role, you'll enjoy a mixed workload while working directly with a senior Partner and having a team of juniors and Associates around you. We're looking for a Personal Injury Lawyers with at least 5 years' Post Admission Experience (PAE) up to Special Counsel level. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and client-focused Senior Personal Injury Lawyer to join a well-established firm. You will work across a broad range of personal injury matters, including:

Workers’ compensation claims

Motor vehicle accidents

Public liability cases

Institutional abuse matters (only if this interests you)

The firm is open to candidates who are experienced, high-performing, and looking for a new challenge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

To be successful:

You will have a at least 5 + years PAE in Personal injuries law (a higher level of experience is very welcome) and be experienced in:

Strong technical expertise in workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accident claims, and public liability matters

Experience in institutional abuse matters (desirable but not mandatory)

A client-focused approach with excellent negotiation and advocacy skills

The ability to manage a mixed caseload independently

A proactive and results-driven mindset.
