What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Senior Strategic Advisor, this role will be responsible for:

• Developing and continuously improving governance policies, processes and procedures to ensure organisational transparency and accountability.
• Providing clear, accurate and timely advice to senior and executive leadership on complex and sensitive topics.
• Preparing strategic and operational plans, performance evaluation reports, briefs, parliamentary submissions, and other documentation.
• Delivering strategic internal and external stakeholder engagement and communication activities.

What you will bring to the role

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to deal with complex and sensitive issues with tact and discretion.

Strong understanding of corporate strategy, governance, and performance reporting.

Experience in developing and implementing strategies, aligning business activities to achieve strategic goals.

Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
