What will you be doing

Managing your residential portfolio with confidence and care

Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, vacates and compliance — all with precision

Being the trusted point of contact for your landlords and tenants

Staying up to date with legislation and ensuring all files are compliant

Working with a supportive team that values results and integrity

What will you bring

At least 1 year of experience in Property Management

An Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence

Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to manage competing deadlines calmly and professionally
