Goodyear Autocare Campbelltown is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Store Manager to lead our busy Tire and Mechanical workshop. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a well-established business located in the heart of Campbelltown, NSW, with ample on-site parking available.

As our Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall operations of the store, driving sales, managing our dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. We're looking for someone with a proven track record who can help us grow the business and maintain our reputation for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Tire and mechanical workshop.

Manage and mentor a team of automotive professionals.

Drive sales and achieve business targets.

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial performance.

Maintain a safe and productive work environment.

About You:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role within a tyre or mechanical workshop setting.

Strong understanding of Tires and wheel alignments is essential.

A mechanic's license is highly regarded.

Experience with fleet management and/or commercial vehicle accounts is preferred.

Familiarity with inventory management systems like COSTAR is a plus.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
