The Role

• Manage the commercial and financial requirements for the project
• Key accountability for managing the upstream head contract and all contractual and commercial outcomes with the client
• Accurate & regular tracking of costs - target vs actual
• Management of Subcontracts, including variations and progress claims
• Subcontractor procurement
• Monthly cost reports and budget forecasting
• Assist with PCG meetings, programming and design as required
• Be a key contributing member of the project team
• Systems implementation and improvement

The Person

• 5+ years Contract Administration experience as a sole/lead/senior CA
• Expertise on Industrial/Commercial projects $20m+
• Process driven with high standard of working
• Excellent client engagement, influence and negotiation skills
• Strong execution of procurement
• A proactive mindset and ability to manage own workload, schedule and priorities
• Excellent management of financials, eye for detail and analytical
• Degree qualified within Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Excellent knowledge of common cost reporting and job management systems
• Technical building knowledge, understanding of trade packages
• Understanding of BIF Act, contract terms and legislation
• Switched on, driven, a team player and have a methodical, diligent approach to your work

• Immediate interview & start pending notice period
• $160,000 - $190,000 + Super
• Mon-Fri. No Saturdays. 5-day programme.
• Brendale project.
