About the role

Ferntree Gully Automotive, a leading automotive retailer, is seeking a talented and ambitious New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team in Isuzu, GMSV, JAECOO & MG Ferntree Gully, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of new vehicles to exceed business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Proactively engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences

Demonstrating and presenting new vehicle models to customers in a compelling manner

Negotiating sales terms and closing deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Maintaining detailed customer records and providing after-sales support

Collaborating with other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Staying up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends

What we're looking for

Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to drive sales

A passion for the automotive industry and staying up-to-date with the latest products and trends

A customer-centric approach and the ability to provide exceptional service

Strong numeracy skills and the ability to achieve sales targets
