We’re excited to welcome passionate and caring Childcare Educators (Certificate III and Diploma qualified) to our brand-new centre at Victor Harbor (Chiton).

About the Role

As a Childcare Educator, you’ll create engaging play-based learning opportunities, build strong bonds with children and families, and work collaboratively with a supportive team. Whether you’re starting your career or bringing experience, we’ll help you thrive.

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

A genuine passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds

Understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practices (or willingness to learn)

Warm, positive, and team-oriented approach

Commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and trusted environments where every child is respected and supported

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences

Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Work collaboratively to maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment

Ensure compliance with all regulations and organisational standards
