We’re looking for an experienced Residential Park Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage tenant relations, and coordinate a small team of maintenance contractors.

As the Residential Park Manager, you'll take charge of the park’s daily operations and administration. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, takes pride in building a strong resident community, and keeps things running smoothly and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

Tenancy Management: Manage rental agreements, monitor rent and bond payments, and conduct inspections at entry, exit, and regular intervals.

Asset Management: Oversee maintenance of the park’s grounds, facilities, and equipment to ensure a high standard.

Leasing: Handle enquiries and secure suitable long-term tenants for newly built cabins.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, risk protocols, and legislative requirements.

Contractor Coordination: Engage and oversee external contractors as required.

Administration: Handle planning, reporting, record-keeping, and general administrative duties.
