The Cairns Villa & Leisure Park is a residential village in the heart of Cairns with over 100 tenancies including cabin accommodation and permanent caravan sites set amongst 10 acres of tropical gardens.

We’re looking for an experienced person to manage the park's operation, its tenants and a small but dynamic onsite team who’s just as passionate about community as they are about results.

Your Role

In your new role as Residential Park Manager, you will be managing all operational and administrative aspects of the park. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a professional who takes pride in building strong communities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering results.

Some of your duties include:

Tenancy Management: Oversee tenancy agreements, monitor rent and bond payments, exit / periodic inspections

Asset management: Overseeing the upkeep of grounds, facilities, and equipment

Drive Performance: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and report to the Director

Uphold Compliance: Maintain safety, risk, and legislative standards

Human Resources: Recruit, supervise, motivate and manage staff.

Contractor Management: Engage and manage outside contractors.

Administration: Planning, monitoring, reporting and records maintenance

Essential requirements:

Proven hands-on experience in a similar role

Strong business acumen

Knowledge of maintenance, equipment and operation
