About the Role:
Goodwin Aged Care Services is seeking dedicated and reliable Hotel Services Assistants to support our residents by delivering high-quality services in kitchen, cleaning, and laundry operations. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for older people living in residential care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation, cleaning, and kitchen operations

Deliver quality housekeeping and cleaning services for residents and public areas

Provide efficient laundry services while maintaining infection control standards

Follow work health and safety procedures and infection control guidelines

Report incidents and complete tasks according to schedule

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in cleaning, laundry, or kitchen roles in aged care or hospitality

Knowledge of food safety (HACCP), handling chemicals, and cleaning equipment

Ability to work independently and in a team

Strong communication and customer service skills

Physically fit and adaptable to changing duties and environments

Desirable Qualifications:

Certificate III in Individual Support, Hospitality, or Cleaning Operations

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
