About You

Demonstrated Skills & Experience in:

Minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support and desirable, Certificate 4 Leisure and Health

Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care.

Demonstrated commitment to The ASL Way, embracing our principles and core values of leadership, commitment, respect, courage, and honesty and fostering a positive team culture wholeheartedly.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations through:

Effective collaboration and communication skills

Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities

Creative problem-solving and innovation

Efficient planning and organizational skills

Adaptability and resilience in response to change

Proficient in computer skills and adept at utilising client management systems.

Together, we collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver quality care that prioritises residents' quality of life, ensuring each individual finds meaning and purpose in their daily experiences.
