This fast-growing company is rebuilding their finance function from the ground up. The existing ERP barely scratches the surface of what’s needed, so they’re replacing it completely, alongside a full redesign of finance processes and reporting.

Led by a new CFO with solid backing from the CEO, CIO, product, and tech teams, this project is huge — and it’s just getting started. They’re currently kicking off the RFP phase, with workshops planned next week.

You’ll be the key connector between finance and technology, making sure this rebuild isn’t just about buying new software, but fixing the real problems that have held finance back.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead the ERP redesign and implementation alongside external consultants and vendors
  
  
• Map out finance processes, business requirements, and system data flows (which are far from simple)
  
  
• Manage multiple vendors and keep projects on track
  
  
• Collaborate closely with IT, product, and finance leaders to prioritise what matters most
  
  
• Drive change across the business by balancing practical solutions with strategic thinking

• Have experience managing end to end ERP implementations
• Finance knowledge — chart of accounts, debits and credits, balance sheets, accounts payable, reporting, and controls
