Melbourne CBD - Hybrid Working
$170k - $180k base + super
Key Responsibilities
Partner with construction leads to provide strategic financial insights
Maintain and improve project feasibility and performance models
Monitor financial performance vs. budget and conduct variance analysis
Support development decision-making with robust commercial analysis
Assist with input into management reporting and monitor KPIs
Pro-actively guide on process improvement opportunities and finance transformation projects
About You
CA or CPA qualified
Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen - 3-way modelling experience desired
Proven leadership capability and stakeholder management
Background in REITs, property development, construction, or infrastructure
Confident communicator who thrives in a high-growth environment
Note - being an Australian Citizen is required for this role.
