What You’ll Be Doing

• Mentor a junior developer and act as the senior escalation point for all things CRM and web tech
• Evaluate, pilot and implement AI-powered solutions - including proprietary and third-party tools - to boost efficiency and creativity
• Architect and extend CMS platforms (Builder.io & Contentful), and manage incoming build requests
• Lead front-end development across high-traffic web properties, ensuring performance, SEO and consistency
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML emails and web pages
• Build and optimise CRM journeys in Iterable, ensuring best practice delivery and personalisation

What You Can Bring

• Proven expertise in CRM and front-end development, ideally within fintech, e‑commerce, or similar fast-paced industries
• Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern JavaScript, with strong Iterable (or Braze / SFMC / Adobe) experience
• Expertise in building components and solutions within CMS platforms like Builder.io or Contentful
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and cross-client rendering quirks
• Confident using Git and navigating dev workflows, with the ability to bridge technical and marketing goals
• A curious, collaborative mindset with a strong appetite for innovation and AI
