A fantastic opportunity exists for a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a busy hospitality venue in Dubbo.

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant, including front-of-house and kitchen operations

- Coordinate staff rosters, supplier orders, stock, and budgets

- Oversee event planning and uphold food safety standards

- Drive service quality and team performance

What We’re Looking For:

- Cert IV or Diploma in Hospitality/Kitchen Management (or equivalent)

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar managerial role

- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills

- Experience with Asian cuisine preferred

Job Details:

- Full-time, 38 hours/week

- 4-year fixed-term contract

- Located in Dubbo NSW (regional incentives may apply)

- Competitive salary: $76,960 + Super
