This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant to partner with a forward-thinking CEO and help steer a values-driven organisation in the NDIS sector. 📌Role Overview
Initially based in Adelaide's northern suburbs (Mawson Lakes), transitioning to a new head office in North Adelaide in 2026
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm, with occasional monthly after-hours commitments

You're a highly organised professional who thrives in dynamic environments. Your skills span administration, report writing, project and calendar coordination, and live minute-taking. You embody:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Employment Hero
High-level discretion with sensitive information
🎯 Key Responsibilities
At EllieB’s, leadership is both strategic and heart-led. In this pivotal role, you'll:
Manage CEO calendar and coordinate internal/external meetings and events
Prepare high-standard reports and executive documentation
Live minute taking
Support the CEO and Board of Directors with efficient scheduling and communications
Coordinate strategic meetings and business events aligned to organisational priorities
Anticipate challenges and enable smooth day-to-day operations
Handle confidential material with integrity and tact
Strengthen executive communications through stakeholder liaison
📝 Selection Criteria
To thrive in this role, you bring:
Relevant qualifications in administration or business
Proven experience in high-level executive support—NDIS or DCP background highly regarded
Knowledge of NFP frameworks
Adaptability to shifting priorities and time-sensitive tasks
Excellent interpersonal and written communication, with a solutions-focused mindset
High-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools
A commitment to cultural safety, ethical practice, and confidentiality
