As a Service Administrator, you will provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the branch. You will liaise with various departments and personnel both on and off-site to facilitate smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute all administrative duties for the branch with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Raise customer service orders and update the Service Schedule accordingly.
Manage purchase orders and ensure all costs are captured before billing.
Coordinate travel and accommodation services in line with company policies.
Prepare and coordinate reports as required.
Support team functions and foster a collaborative work environment.
Manage technician requests, including leave and clothing requests.
Oversee labour management and timesheet submissions for technicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset.
Awareness of Workplace Health & Safety, Environment, Quality, and EEO legislation.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Intermediate to expert level skills in MS Office applications.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Basic desktop publishing skills.

Internal: Branch Manager, Service Supervisors and Branch Coordinator.
External: Suppliers, Vendors, Clients/Customers, Regulatory bodies.
