Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with complex needs? We are currently seeking dedicated and resilient Disability Support Workers (DSWs) with experience or interest in high intensity behaviour support to join our growing team.

As a DSW working in high intensity environments, you will support participants with complex behavioural needs, helping them to achieve their goals while ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work closely with behaviour support practitioners, families, and other team members to implement behaviour support plans and deliver person-centred care.

Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent and compassionate support in line with positive behaviour support strategies

Assist with daily living activities, community access, and personal care

Monitor, document, and report behavioural observations and incidents

Implement high intensity support tasks according to participant needs

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all

About You

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field.

Proven experience working with individuals with complex or challenging behaviours

Strong understanding of person-centred and trauma-informed support

Calm, reliable, and adaptable under pressure

Excellent communication and de-escalation skills

Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR

Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport

Full availability - flexibility is a must.
