What you will be doing:
As the Project Execution Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance and project execution activities across site operations. With a strong background in mobile equipment maintenance, scheduling, and team leadership, you will ensure that all work is completed to high standards, aligned with operational priorities, and compliant with safety protocols. This role will see you lead the coordination of multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement across planning and execution phases.
Your role will include:
• Coordinating and supervising project execution activities with a strong focus on maintenance
• Managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and resource planning
• Supporting and guiding trades and contractors on-site, ensuring safe work practices
• Leading risk assessments, safety briefings, and compliance checks
• Utilising SAP for work order management and reporting
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project flow
• Driving accountability and quality across all aspects of project delivery
What you will need:
• Extensive experience in maintenance operations, particularly mobile equipment
• Proven understanding of work management processes, including scheduling and execution
• Advanced SAP skills, especially in work order management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and engage teams
• High attention to safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Exposure to mining or heavy industry projects preferred
