The Opportunity

Are you ready to kick-start your career in a hands-on, technical role with one of the most exciting and innovative kitchen appliance brands? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our Brisbane Service Centre as a Service Technician! This casual position offers the potential for up to 5 days a week in a friendly and supportive team environment.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who’s passionate about learning and looking to start their career in a technical field. No previous experience is necessary — just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide comprehensive training so you can become confident and capable in servicing and repairing our industry-leading products.

• Get hands-on servicing and repairing Thermomix and Kobold vacuums (don’t worry, full training will be provided)
• Be an integral part of our stocktakes and keep things running smoothly
• Follow work health and safety practices to keep everyone safe and sound
• Engage with customers, providing them with expert advice on servicing outcomes and processes
• Support warehouse operations, assisting with the full incoming and dispatch lifecycle

Preferred Candidate:

• Prior experience in a production or service environment is highly valued.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude—experience as a service technician is a plus.
• Proficient in the safe operation of hand and battery-powered tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a logical and analytical approach to challenges.
• Positive, cooperative attitude with a strong drive for learning and professional growth.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 15kg and standing for prolonged periods.
• A forklift license is preferred, though training may be offered to the right candidate.
