Are you an experienced Early Childhood Educator who loves working with toddlers and building meaningful, professional relationships with families and children? We’re Hiring: Toddler Educator – Explorers Room (Cert III)
Ages: 1–2 years | 5 Days/Week | Open to One Open or Close Shift Weekly
We’re seeking a confident, nurturing, and energetic educator to join our Explorers Room. You’ll be the guiding hand through toddlers’ daily routines—supporting their play, learning, feeding, and toileting while being a strong role model and communicator.
This is the perfect role if you:
Have a deep understanding of toddlers’ development and needs
Take pride in building strong relationships with children and families
Thrive in a busy, dynamic team environment
Can communicate clearly and kindly with families and colleagues

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in early childhood education
Solid knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Competent with tablets and documenting observations
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and valid Qld Blue Card (paid)
