About the Role

• Work in the 3–5-year-old room alongside another experienced Early Childhood Teacher
• Maintain a lower educator-to-child ratio (1:9)
• Enjoy 5 hours of programming and planning time each week

• Collaborate on a child-led, play-based program that supports school readiness while nurturing relationships and curiosity

About You:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Blue Card
• Current First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma
• Passionate about building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and educators
