With an experienced in-house team across leasing, development and asset management, they continue to actively invest and innovate across key markets. With a commitment to maintaining strong tenant relationships and a high-performing asset base, they are now seeking a Leasing Executive to join their close-knit team.

your role
You’ll play a key role in the ongoing success of the group’s leasing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing leasing campaigns for vacancies, renewals and market reviews
• Creating and implementing leasing strategies to optimise income and minimise downtime
• Building strong tenant and retailer relationships
• Liaising with designers, solicitors, and contractors to ensure on-time openings
• Contributing to development feasibility, budgeting, and reporting
• Supporting inspections, modelling and presentations for new investment opportunities
• Get exposure to interstate retail leasing markets

your advantage
The following experience and skills are highly advantageous:

• Experience in retail/shopping centre leasing essential
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate and manage leasing transactions end-to-end
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
