We operate a premium bus charter service with a fleet of over 75 vehicles, making us one of Brisbane’s leading bus operators. In addition to our transport services, we also run two childcare centres on Brisbane’s Northside.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Payroll Officer to join our team and take ownership of our end-to-end payroll processes across both business entities.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end payroll processing using our new integrated time & attendance, rostering, HR, and payroll system (foundU).

Ensure compliance with PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax, WorkCover, visa requirements, and tax declarations.

Maintain accurate employee records and files.

Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries.

Monitor and manage employee licence expiries.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Our ideal Payroll Officer will possess the following qualifications or experience:

Demonstrated experience with time & attendance, rostering, and payroll systems.

Proven experience processing payroll for approximately 100 employees.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Availability to commence immediately is highly desirable.
