Due to continual company growth, we are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This full-time position is based in our Molendinar office four days a week, with the option to work from home one day. The hours are 8am to 4pm (set hours can be discussed with the right candidate).
As a small plumbing business specialising in maintenance, insurance reports, and commercial plumbing, we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude to assist with scheduling, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with clients, contractors, and suppliers over the phone. Key responsibilities include managing company inboxes, creating and scheduling jobs, and performing general accounts duties.

Full training will be provided. Prior experience in scheduling & ServiceM8 would be highly regarded, however not essential.
