Your new role

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team here in Yatala. As a Service Technician with Best Pool Supplies you will be responsible for repairing and servicing a range of pool equipment including robots, pool pumps, salt chlorinators, control boxes, spa’s and more. Working out of our workshop in our Yatala office/warehouse, you will be assess warranty claims and provide troubleshooting guidance to our customer service team along with quoting, repairing and testing products.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair and refurbish products

Assess repairs and provide detailed quotes

Liaise with the customer service & warehouse teams to co-ordinate inbound and outbound repair jobs

Provide technical support to the customer service team

Maintain and update repair tracking sheets

Manage spare parts inventory and workshop tools

Research and study products & repair processes

Liaise with suppliers and senior management to provide feedback and areas for improvement

About You

Previous experience in a technical role

Technically minded with the ability to problem solve

Confident using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and testing equipment

Strong communication skills

Customer centric work approach

Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Good PC & typing skills

Ability to work autonomously
