Great full-time opportunity for Exercise Science graduates looking to make a start in the industry.

We are currently seeking qualified exercise professionals to join our corporate gym facilities team. These individuals must be knowledgeable, proactive, demonstrate good organisational and time management skills as well as have capacity to conduct group exercise and personal training.

There is also the opportunity for career growth into other areas of the Absolute Balance team for the right person. This could include completing corporate wellbeing programs such as health checks as well as injury prevention programs such as ergonomic assessments.

Essential Minimum Selection Criteria

One or more of the following:

Bachelor of Science – Exercise and Sport Science (or equivalent)

Current First Aid and CPR

Provide advanced resuscitation and oxygen therapy (or willingness to obtain)

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team delivering exceptional results in health and fitness consultancy, personal/group training, supervision and operation of our corporate gymnasiums.

Desirable

Knowledge and experience in the group training, personal training.

Knowledge in health risk assessments and consultations.
