The Role

Continually looking to shape the urban landscape, our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Design Manager to uphold their impressive brand whilst ensuring efficiency in methodology and materials.

Based out of their Gold Coast office and working closely with the Senior Design Manager, you will manage DA/BA processes, scope consultant work and procure your consultant team. You will develop tight but achievable timelines and lead the team of consultants to achieving budgets, program & quality targets.

About You

You will be a humble team player. You will demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen and emotional intelligence as well as natural leadership traits. You will have a reputation for being firm but fair and keen to explore all possible solutions.

You will have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Architecture.

This would suit someone who has worked in a tier 2 principal building contractor or a builder/developer in a Design Management role for 5 years +. You will have extensive experience working on residential towers values to $200m
