As the Centre Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Ashmore location, leading a team to deliver a genuine, feel-good experience every time.

The Role:
You’ll be the go-to person for the day-to-day operations of P3 Recovery Ashmore. Your mission is to create a positive, high-energy inclusive environment where guests and staff feel part of the community. You’ll make sure the centre runs smoothly, meets revenue targets, and always deliver an exceptional customer experience. From managing the team and keeping things organised to maintaining the space and hitting sales goals, you’ll own it!

What You’ll Do:

Lead daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and guest interactions.

Keep stock levels on point with timely orders and strong supplier relationships.

Oversee financial transactions and keep accurate records.

Build efficient rosters that balance the needs of the team and the centre.

Be the go-to for customer support; respond to questions, resolve issues, and make sure everyone feels welcome.

Drive membership growth and keep the vibe high with effective sales and marketing initiatives.

Keep the centre looking its best - clean, functional, and welcoming.

Inspire your team with leadership that’s positive, proactive, and hands-on.

Champion safety and compliance, ensuring a safe environment for all.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within health, wellness, or hospitality.

Passion for customer service and creating positive experiences.

Strong leadership and team management skills, you’re a natural motivator.
